Ponderosa & Thyme Workshop
Towards the end of September I signed up for a floral workshop in Sisters, Oregon. Little did I know that it would be one of my favorite workshops to date. *A huge disclaimer before I begin these are my photos but I wasn’t the official photographer of Ponderosa & Thyme Floral Workshop, so please do your eyes a favor & check out Anne Blodgett’s lovely photos.* Before taking the workshop I thought what the hell am I doing? I don’t even know the name of more than 6 flowers, why am I putting myself through the embarrassment? But thankfully my stubbornness kicked in to at least give it a try, I thought at the very least I can smell pretty things for a couple days & enjoy relaxing in the pines. So I walked into the two day workshop with no expectations but holy shit did I leave full of inspiration, heart full of gratitude & new lovely creative friends! I have never been more relaxed, creative, or challenged so if Katie is ever hosting a workshop near you, do yourself the favor & sign up!!
